"Excellent stay at the Briarcroft Hotel. We needed a place near the wedding venue we attended and this was right on the doorstep. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff were very attentive when needed. The continental breakfast was very nice, orange juice, cereal, toast. Parking right outside the hotel. Everything we needed was right there including local shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely use this place again"

"Arrived on a Sunday evening when no staff are present; however, clear instructions to get keys and access. Clean and well presented property in a nice quiet setting."

"Great communication as a self check in with a lock box, plenty of private parking next to the accommodation. Carlton Towers has a tea room within walking distance which was convenient. Room was big with everything we needed for 2 nights. Would recommend and stay again if back in the area."

"The car GPS wasn't very good but I managed to use the directions on my phone. The rooms are across the road from the actual hotel. The food was really tasty especially the Full English breakfast which was inclusive. The Accessible room was very comfortable& the wet room was great, just what I needed. Definitely recommend this place."

"I was only there to sleep, the bedding didn’t seem fresh as it smelt and the towels also didn’t feel like they were washed.. besides that it was decent"
