"Friendly and helpful owner, Pail who made us feel welcome on arrival. Shared a lot of useful tips on where to go and to eat only issue is that the steps leading to the entrance not easy to access with heavy luggage."

"It’s proximity to lime Street very handy for our trip. Useful to have the restaurant as I have a temporary mobility problem so couldn’t easily go out of the hotel to eat elsewhere. The only negative was the fridge was not working and the room was very warm although the large fan provided did help. The staff were good especially the lady in charge of the breakfast service."

"Location great for Lime St station. Around 15 min walk to Albert Dock, 10 min to Liverpool One. We had a Superior room with St Georges Hall view. Room on the small side. We asked for more pillows from reception as they went to as flat as a pancake! The lady of reception wasn't interested and said they didn't have any spare as hotel was full? "Very spacious apartment with all the necessities for a great stay. Great location for Liverpool City centre and Albert Docks. Remember to check in online prior to travelling to ensure that you receive the door and key codes. Parking discount at Q-park Dale Street was a welcome bonus. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money."
