"Location great for Lime St station. Around 15 min walk to Albert Dock, 10 min to Liverpool One. We had a Superior room with St Georges Hall view. Room on the small side. We asked for more pillows from reception as they went to as flat as a pancake! The lady of reception wasn't interested and said they didn't have any spare as hotel was full? "The apartment was clean spacious and quiet considering how close it is to the station. Communication with Ray and Gareth as hosts was fantastic, and they were so accommodating with an early check in and out time. Would definitely recommend. If I had to make any comments, the mezzanine has a very low ceiling with steep stairs, and for the 4 beds upstairs there is only one plug. Also it's quite hard to be quiet for others as all the rooms are open! (Bar the bathroom). But didn't detract for us as...
