"Lovely hotel, great staff "

"The staff have made my stay up in Bendigo amazing! Hailey in particular, has been very accommodating for my forever changing work roster. The little Glamping cabins are soo cute and cosy, they heat up and cool down with A/C to make it easy to rest during work days. There is a little road noise but for me it’s soothing. The cabins are very clean and they’ve thought about everything in there, from a fridge, tv, microwave, comfy soft bed, I mean everything. "

"The hotel was beautifully renovated with many original fittings. It is in a great location for shopping and dining, with all the major stores within walking distance. The staff were very nice and replied promptly to some questions I had before check in. I was only there overnight and didn't get up in time for breakfast but the menu looked great. My only very minor negative comment would be that the bed was very creaky. I would definitely stay there again next time I visit Ballarat. "

"The shower floor had had a temporary repair and needed re-tiling as water was getting under the tiles and was squishy. Otherwise, the suite was excellent."
