"DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO DUST Room appeared clean enough on the surface, comfy ish bed how ever, room was full of dust to the point that I'm now on antibiotics for sinusitis and steroids for an asthma flare up. Staff (the 1 we saw) was friendly and helpful, made sure we had clean towels. The pool is not heated to 28 as advised, and has a 'lovely' layer of green on the ground. "Great place and super clean! Location is great and super close to a good pub and an IGA. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our needs! Only two nickpicks are that the TV is too far away from the sofa and the bed was too soft for me (but that's just personal preference)."

"I am a long term guest at seymours. It is always nice to see the team again as they are very pleasant and accommodating people. The building is old like majority of ballarat and has its quirks. The rooms are very spacious, well resourced, quiet and safe. They are always very clean. I will happily return again. Thankyou."
