The staff turned the heater on because we were a late arrival. One of the nicest gestures I remember from all the motels I have stayed in. Very comfortable, even cosy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Upon leaving it was raining i pulled up to drop off key and a staff member came out to my car and collected it so i didn't have to get out in the rain. Would stay again.

A vale-for-money place to stay in southern Bendigo

Bendigo Motor Inn is a little past its prime, but our room was clean, well provisioned and freshly painted. The bed was soft but comfortable and the air-conditioner warmed the room fairly quickly. There were plenty of towels shower gel/shampoo, liquid soap and a flannel. It's a little out of Bendigo proper, but well located for any activity in the south of the city.

Bearing in mind that this is NOT a 5 Star Hotel in ratings or price the comments are intended to be positive feedback. Positive - it was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Dishwashing liquid, Jay cloth and tea towel provided. Negative - Old towels, no bar soap, just body wash and liquid hand soap There seem to be new owners who are gradually doing the place up and it was great to see what they have done so far. Looking forward to the Restaurant to reopen and breakfast to be available.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Our visit was during a cold spell, and they provided us with an extra heater. They are currently renovating the property, and were so apologetic and went over and above to make us comfortable and feel welcome. The room was surprisingly quiet given it's located off a busy street. The water pressure in the shower felt like a massage! They offered a variety of TV channels, and options for streaming too. I loved that they provided a fridge, microwave, and water kettle as well! Overall, I gave this stay a 4 out of 5 rating, and I recommend it for the excellent customer service, the quiet, and the convenience of it's location and dining options! Thank you:)
