"I probably wouldnt stay here again. The restaurant is overpriced and so is the hotel. I opened my curtains this morning to find a strange man lying face down on the grass. Like he was waiting for something. I called reception but she was inclined that this wasnt the first time. I felt so unsafe. She didnt even say she would call the police. Then she told me that there were unpaid restaurant bills on my account and I had paid for everything prior. Not impressed at all."

"My room was very clean the staff were great nothing was a hassle everything worked great shower and great position in town"

"The room was very clean; I worked for The Pamelia Hilton in Perth and it was on par as it in the cleanliness department. Only saw the staff when I checked in and they were very friendly and helpful. Didn't go into the bar. And didn't go into to any shops. I would be very happy to stay there again if I have to Come to York for another event. thankyou Dianne Nelligan"
