"Staff was unhelpful and contradictory. The property was not well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was not good. Checkout process was confusing as they said contradictory things and then would not be able to help you. They did not have a good working relationship with Expedia and had no knowledge of how to respond to those bookings. "

"During the 3 night stay, no room service was provided, even though it was requested. No additional pillows were provided, even though they were asked for. A center coffee table in the lobby collapsed on top of my foot. The table leg had previously broken off and it had been precariously slopped back together with glue. The bathroom had black mold on the bottom. The smoke detector alarm chirped for 2 nights with no resolution, even though we requested it more than 3 times along our stay. While...

"We checked in just shy of 4 PM on 3/19. Lobby elevator was out so we were told to use the employee elevator. Dirty diaper found in the trash can under the sink. On 3/21 the employee elevator went out so we used the stairs for the rest of the stay. we had room 310."

"I really enjoyed my stay. This hotel is a solid 4 star. The location is actually a 5 star as it is situated close to the freeway and right at an outdoor mall that offers all kind of stores, restaurants and amenities. It is 3 minute drive to the Boca Towne centre and 7 minutes to Mizner Park. The is tons of parking. The front desk staff are pleasant, the cleaning staff are not. The rooms are large and well lit.
