"The hotel is very dated in need of a renovation, the shower tiles need to be deep cleaned there was quite some build up from a lack of cleaning. The customer service for the check in was smooth and welcoming, I never stopped by the desk to check. I had only two staff members greet me during my entire stay one was a grounds keeper & 1 was a room attendant I feel like there is room for improvement it’s free to say hello and good morning quite disappointed in the customer service. "

"We stay here often. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible . The breakfast is delicious as well."

"Supposed to be free breakfast- made me pay @$25?at check in for the “ continental breakfast”. The “ continental breakfast “ not good. We skipped that. Room was clean but “tired” very old. Looked like new paint recently but there were bare roller marks on the wall. Some tile damage in the tub/shower. If you want the beach it’s very good. We only stayed one night and would not stay there again. "

"The 8years olds from the hockey team that screamed and took over the whole lobby over the weekend was stressful and obnoxious. Not the staffs fault but no one said anything to these parent or kids. They were loud, played hockey in all the hallways, took over the business computer and parents didn't do anything either. "

"You can park behind the hotel which is very convenient. We enjoy the April art show which runs up and down the street in front of the hotel. It's nice to take a break after, maybe a little nap, shower, change, then dinner somewhere within walking distance. The hotel bar and lobby is a nice place to end the nite. Breakfast let's you people watch out front or in one of the comfy, colorful downstairs areas. The rooms are comfy and the staff is full of helpful dining tips. It's located right in the...

"Great location and great place to stay"

"The property is old, and gives off a motel vibe with the rooms being entered from the outside. I didn't really appreciate having to fill in a pre-registration form online with my personal and billing information (credit card), and the reception staff were completely impersonal. But, the room and bedding were very clean and neat. The outside pool area was nice and the Tiki bar and entertainment were enjoyable."
