"Room was ok, but the property itself had a lot of trash around and we even found a food wrapper in the hot tub. The pool was not very clean, and the staff was less than helpful with the exception of one young man. Elevator was out the entire stay, imagine hauling a weeks work of luggage from up and down the fourth floor. We had zero housekeeping service and had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. Location is great, but overall will not be staying here again."

"The rooms were not clean when we arrived nor the public walkways neither. The check-in was quick. The rooms were out dated, the AC did not work in one of our rooms, no extra bedding was provided for the pull out couch. There were ants in the bathroom in one of our rooms. The parking was fine. One room had 2 tv's one room had 1, and one of the three tv's didn't work. The safe in one of the rooms was non-functioning. There was items from the previous guest left in our room. We got another hotel...

"Staying at The Boca Raton was a wonderful experience. The complex is beautiful. There are many options for activities as well as dining. What sets this hotel apart was the staff. They are the most thoughtful group of employees I have encountered in all my travels. They provide a house car to take you to nearby locations as well as a property shuttle.
