Golden Hotels with Swimming Pool

"Girls at front desk were super nice. The hotel offers a "Dessert Hour" from 9:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. which i never heard of before. It is definitely worth going to it tho with all the different fresh baked cobblers, fresh cookies and soft serve ice cream. I will be back for sure just for the cobblers."

"Our room was nice and had everything needed. The the staff went out of their way to make sure it stayed stocked with extras. It was a great location. The grounds and pool area looked very nice. We will definitely stay there again.*****'s"

"Stay there a couple days for a small vacation and everything went well. We enjoyed our stay and would’ve definitely come back again. Loved all their amenities. Staff was great. Very family friendly."

"Too much religious stuff in and around the property. Made us uncomfortable. Also wish they would have given us more than one bar of soap to share between 2 adults for a week."

"This place has recently been renovated, but that being said you get what you pay for. For one night it would have been suffice but for more than that I’d maybe stay elsewhere. Beds weren’t very comfortable, one of ours squeaked and creaked with every turn. Guests were smoking right outside rooms with doors open so while the rooms may be labeled “non-smoking” they had a bit of smell. Breakfast was very basic but ok and they did keep things stocked well. "

"Lovely setting, nice little pond. Great location. We were surprised that the pool was under construction, and they were working on the roof - so a little disappointed, but overall, nice stay"

"The pillows were too thick and hard and they had no softer ones. The breakfast had no fresh fruit. There was no bucket in the room for ice. The beds were good. The fridge did not have a freezer section to refreeze our portable ice. The counter around the sink was too small. Had to ask maids for clean towels. Elevator was fairly quick."

"Definitely set up for Summer. A lot of summer activities. Older property, inviting summer camp feel, arcade is not free. Everything clean and staff friendly"
