"The apartment was very clean and located in an upscale area, with easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. When we arrived, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, but the owner personally came right away and fixed it, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would definitely stay here again."

"Check in process was unclear and we weren't provided the check-in form until we phoned outside the hotel. They then emailed us a form that had to be completed. There is no reception desk and no-one to speak to for assistance. There is nowhere to store bags which is really inconvenient and we had to locate a luggage storage area for our last day and pay for that. A nespresso coffee machine was provided however no pods were provided which was really disappointing. The hotel is in the jewish...
