The condition & cleanliness of the hotel was great. The staff were friendly & efficient. The location is amazing! There were a few amenities that I wish we had - such as hair conditioner, body lotion, and a sauna or spa. Other than those few things, the stay was amazing.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I checked in, the customer service was outstanding, staff members were consistently professional, attentive, and committed to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. My room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment after full days exploring the city. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. Situated in a highly convenient area, it offers easy access to a variety of restaurants and public transportation options, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The only minor area for improvement was the shower, which did not drain properly. While this was a small inconvenience, it did not significantly impact the quality of my stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin and will certainly choose to stay here again during future visits.

Stayed at Mercure MOA Berlin and really enjoyed it. The hotel was very clean and right next to a grocery store, which was super handy. There are great restaurants nearby, including a nice fish & steak place and a Vietnamese spot. It’s a bit far from the main attractions, but easy to reach by public transport. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!
