"Great staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Particularly the Maitre D at breakfast. Didn’t get his name but he was tall dark handsome and kind. Went out of his way for my family. It’s a beautiful hotel and very quirky. It’s so well placed. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choices and every room is just stunning! "We go to London often and this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. The location is perfect! The staff was so kind to us, we felt like royalty, and took care of our every need. The rooms are spacious with beautiful furnishings and the bathrooms were heavenly. There is also a drawing room with an honor bar that is just for hotel guests and it was absolutely lovely! "
