"Excellent location, 5-10 min walk to lots of attractions.Spotlessly clean, suprisingly quiet. Perfect for three adults. Bed v comfortable, bathroom v clean. Felt safe, our contact Kara was v helpful via Whatsapp as my phone not great. Finally it had been a few years since visiting this area of London and I felt safe walking about as plenty of police and security about. "Everything was fantastic, but the best part was the staff. Liam and Liandra at the FD, Cassindra at the concierge ( I hope I spelled their names correctly) restaurant staff, bell staff, all absolutely great. Our room was very nice, we enjoyed being very close to everything in Mayfair. Room service was also fabulous. I received a nice amenity for my bday with a card. The bartenders from the rooftop were also fantastic, attentive. Wonderful experience! We will return."
