"Staff were all lovely. Hotel is in a great location, walking distance from Coles and The Esplanade. The view was amazing. The room has everything you need. We found the bed pretty uncomfortable but we don't like a firm mattress."

"Hotel is ok. Room is fine but bathroom tiny. Local area feels a little isolated. Nothing in the immediate vicinity as it looks like a new area with buildings still under construction. Nevertheless, Sunshine Plaza mall is only about a 5 minute walk away and the beach maybe only 5 minuteโs walk away as well but you could stand for 5 minutes waiting just to cross the road. Breakfast is average. Not worth $35. At least we only paid 25 at check in. Staff is generally ok but below expectation for a name brand. The chef was really good though as she organised halal sausage for us on her own initiative. "

"Lovely apartment however very noisy due to construction of apartment building directly accross the road. Building crane and jack hammers going most of the day which we were not aware of before booking. The evenings were noisy until 10.30 due to the restaurants below however that was only to be expected and did not bother us."
