This property would be 10/10 if it was clean. The only thing that let it down was the cleanliness of the property. The room itself was excellent, the location was excellent, the grounds were excellent. Great undercover parking and ample parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. What a great place and I would really love to stay there again. I just wished the room was clean. It was actually cleaner

Spacious room, bedding and towels provided, only two towels provided for a place that can sleep four though. Provided internet didn't work. Some utensils in the drawers were not cleaned properly, which is concerning since each guest is required to clean and put away what they have used prior to checking out. Would stay here again and would recommend to others. Quiet area, waking up to nature sounds was lovely. Didn't use the pool facilities, however it looked clean and inviting.

Lovely, peaceful accomodation in a good location. We stayed in room 10 and found it to be very comfortable and well equipped for our stay. My only concern was - there appears to be a good sized hole in the floor that is covered by lino flooring on the left side of the toilet. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and will return on future visits to Montville as well as recommending this property to family and friends.

Good place to stay close to everything. Apartment had everything you would need. Very clean and tidy. Clear instructions sent by text re booking in. Bit too far to walk into Montville for tea at night. Be careful if you have a 4WD ours just fitted under roof in the parking spot. Overall good value price wise.

Size of unit was good. All amenities were there. Disappointed we could not start the fire, timber was hardwood and would not light up as there was no kindling supplied only firelighters which was not enough. Used the newspaper supplied but that just created a lot of smoke in the fire box. Unfortunately we also found the beds uncomfortable to sleep on.

The apartment was well equipped - unable to use main bedroom as there was a water leak of some kind bed was wet and water pooling in the floor and black spots under the pillow - some spill on the back of the toilet door ? Was a night away for our anniversary and had to sleep in the spare room with twin beds - disappointing response from management
