Additionally, I ordered a room‑service briyani set for my non‑Muslim friend, and the fish was stale and bitter — completely unacceptable for any standard of hospitality. The only positive experience worth mentioning is the Alamuddin room‑service staff, who were helpful, friendly, and meticulous with hygiene, particularly with the ice bucket. I expect a serious review of your service quality and immediate corrective action."
