Despite indicating on my booking that i would be arriving at 4-5am on 28 Dec and i booked the room from 27 - 28 Dec, i was asked by the front desk staff that I needed to pay for 2 days, which was 27-28 Dec and 28 - 29 Dec. In actual fact i did only stay for 4 hours there, on 28 Dec from 7am to 1pm. I was very upset.

Dear Wong, Happy new year! Your booking date was check-in Dec 27 (2 pm) and check out on Dec 28 (12 pm) and your remark indicated check-in time is 4-5 am on Dec 28. Due to your check-in time passed the advised time and our hotel system night audit time (6:45 am for previous day sales), our staff thought there was a No-Show case. After night audit staff could not perform the check-in on your original booking. Hence, we still checked you in without paying because of the technical cut-off date issue. We tried our best and regret you are upset.

U pay for what u get, quite clean. the only downside is the water heater never gets hot enough for a good nice hot shower.

There are plenty of good reasons to return

Keep coming back to the same property, I'm pretty sure it is for a very good reason. A warm welcome by friendly security officer and reception. A walking distance to a few eateries serving local breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper, 24 hr coin laundry and convenience stores. Clean, comfort and peaceful room. Tea kits, 2 bottles of water and daily housekeeping are a few good reasons to feel at home after a long day at work. Highly recommended to others on business or leisure alike.

Short stay at Natura

Quick check-in at mid-night. Parking was on public lots opposite the hotel. Night guard was seen. Cleanliness of room and toilet was well acceptable. Bed was comfortable and had good sleep.

Hotel is new and nice. There are various convenience shops and eateries nearby. It is also near to a few nice restaurants as well as Legoland and Sutera Mall. Will definitely come back again if I am visiting Legoland.

Check in delayed to 2.30pm because of the room preparation. Satisfied with the room conditions, very clean and pleasant environment. Very convenient to Aeon Bukit Indah, Legoland and Johor premium outlets. Surrounded by minimarket, many food stall open in the morning but a few in the night time.
