Our big complaint was the Internet. We have a special needs son who relies on his phone during waits, changes in routine, and to help calm meltdowns. We chose this hotel because it said WiFi was included, and we assumed it would be reliable since it’s a convention center. The WiFi didn’t work at all. I contacted two employees...
