"Fue muy notable la poca presencia de gerencia en el hotel. El elevador se atasco y por mas de 2 intentos (estuvimos encerrados) al punto de forzar la puerta para poder salir. En la alberca el servicio pesimo ya que no tenian mas que dos cervezas Henikan y no tenian piña colada. Me duplicaron cargos a la tarjeta lo cual fue solicionado posterior a reclamar en recepcion. En general el servicio fue como hotel 2 estrellas."

"The room we stayed in the furnuture required a little TLC. Can't fault the bed for sleeping and the shower. The walls were thiner than expected, so hearing neighbours and guests in the corridoor. The room didn't have a kettle, cups or a facilities to make a hot drink. A plus was the hotel was near to the train station so easy to get into town and airport. Would stay if the noise levels could be resolved and having hot drink facilities are provided."

"The shower water flow was small or narrow. No pressure. The hotel has great views but I wouldn’t rate it a 5 star hotel "

"The receptionist was rude and abrupt on check in. We were given a disabled access room that was in very poor condition and not clean. The air conditioning wasn’t working and the noise from the building work at the station and from other guests kept us awake all night"
