He ignored my questions, made visible faces of annoyance, and made us feel like a burden rather than paying guests. We were with kids, and his cold attitude was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I expected much better service from this establishment."

"Most comfortable beds I have slept in at a hotel in a long while. I definitely recommend paying the extra $6 for the breakfast for two. It is worth 5 times that EASILY. Room also came with a private balcony, which was a surprise."
