"They advertise a clean bar and patio area and neither exist. They had a shuttle bus and the owner's car parked under the vestibule area so you couldn't unload under coverage from weather. When I asked for a luggage cart they required me to give them my ID until it's returned, and it barely rolled. Everytime I left the hotel I would have to get a new room key. "Right from checking in this experience was poor. Received my keys, they didn’t work. Came back to see my travel buddy wait listed with no rooms available. We booked and paid at the same time. Front desk person was frazzled and was calling manager on her day off to help. She walked me to my room to let me in, she didn’t know how to activate the card key. My room was not fully cleaned. Dirty dishes, sticky floors and missing amenities. Manager arrived an hour later and sorted my friend’s room and...

"The room was unbelievably clean. It was fantastic. The virtual check-in left a lot to be desired. I felt like I was on a scavenger hunt to find my room. The garage was very secure and easy to access my room from the garage once we figured out which door to use. I would probably go back to a traditional hotel check in."
