"The hotel is located in a great area. Several food options and conveniently located near Charlotte and other attractions in the area. The room was clean, the restroom and shower seemed newly renovated, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful."

"Staff was wonderful. Night check in was very sweet and helpful. Despite some cleanliness issues and room changes, she was gracious, patient, and overall pleasant and kind. Check out also had a wonderful and sweet lady working. Coffee was excellent in the morning. Dog friendly with large green space . The only issue was the beds and tubs were not that clean , pull out was quite dirty, you could tell it wasn’t cleaned and beds were not cleaned between guests. Tub not clean so we decided not to...

"Very nice, clean, and well-maintained hotel! The afternoon/early evening desk clerk was uber nice, friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and clean. Everything was top notch. The only thing that was a little odd was the morning desk clerk had stepped away at 10:45 am (of all times!) and left a key deposit box out. That doesn't work for me. I want the personal hand-off to satisfy my OCD. I had someone to alert her and I waited. Not a complaint, just an observation. EXCELLENT property in...

"The room and hotel were not clean. The shower especially! The tv didn’t work and they were full so couldn’t move us to another room. We asked for a discount but they said because I paid through Expedia there was nothing they could do. We will not be back, we travel to this area once a month. No tv??? They should check these things. The property does not live up to the photos online. Buyer beware!!!"
