"This place is a gem in Sitges. 2 min from the train station (so I don’t have to hall my luggage) and step inside, I am in a garden and a beautiful welcoming “home”. Staff are super nice and friendly and helpful. They helped with my luggage. I have the penthouse ( 5 stories are not easy to climb so I am very grateful). "No air conditioning in the hotel room. Our room is unbearably warm -there is no way it is 18* in here which is the temperature that the air conditioner is locked at. I complained at the front desk but was told all the rooms are the same. I can’t imagine what the rooms are like when the weather here is actually hot (it is significantly cooler outside tonight, about 15* but we can’t even get fresh air because the window only opens about 2”) We would never stay here again, and will definitely share...
