"The property was great overall, had a very comfortable stay and it was in a very convenient spot. My only issue was that the check in information was a bit complicated? Idk I couldn’t locate information and I had to call the customer service multiple times to figure it out"

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The most serious issue was getting trapped in the elevator for approximately 40 minutes. It was a frightening and stressful situation, and unfortunately, the way it was handled made it even worse. The staff were rude and lacked empathy throughout the incident. "The location is absolutely fantastic! The slow WiFi speed was probably the biggest drawback since I needed to get some work done. Otherwise all the appliances and amenities worked well. So if slow WiFi isn’t an issue for you then this location should work nicely!"

"Property was nice however the AC was my biggest complaint one AC had to cool the whole apartment so the last room closet to the door always felt much warmer. Everything else was as listed! Also there’s no actual front desk it’s a check in machine."
