"The restaurants (both bar and regular) were both terrible yet rather expensive considering the poor quality of the food. The room was rather dirty, the air conditioning did not work and had to be fixed, and I killed bugs in the bathroom. It was very loud at night and I did not sleep well. Great facilities and very helpful staff, we travelled as always with our elderly father who is a wheelchair user. "Hotel is in a prime location for a relaxing view of the ocean, however the balcony and its long chairs are never cleaned, they were full of bird poop, we could therefore not enjoy the premium we paid for the position of our room and its balcony, staff was unresponsive. There were other issues with house cleaning for the room. In summary, it’s a great hotel with poor house cleaning,"
