"Very disappointed, pictures doesn’t represent the current condition and doesn’t meet Hyatt standard. Room has old smell, bathroom wall was broken. Water leaks in many places in the hotel. Very poor condition."

"Public hair in shower, rock hard beds, insane noise from upper levels. Room faced a getto complex where prostitution was present, had to keep the shade down. Breakfast was ok. Location is great. Storm blew threw and my mirror go broke off by a palm tree top. Surprise charges for parking $20 per night, ..."
