"Buyer beware. While the location is excellent, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The atmosphere felt chaotic and poorly managed, with a rowdy clientele that made the property feel more like a budget motel than a high-end resort. This is not a family-friendly environment—I did not feel comfortable using the pool, and noise was a constant issue throughout the stay. The mattress offered no real support, as every spring could be felt. I had to contact staff multiple times due to disturbances, including a continuously barking dog and loud neighbors, one of whom made aggressive verbal threats. For a property at this price point, the experience was unacceptable."

"Cute little inn right across the street from the beach. Hotel pool and hot tub great for kids and adults! Pool bar available for drinks & food. We were there on a Thursday night and they had live music from 6-10pm. Free, hot breakfast available in the mornings. They had eggs, sausage and biscuits/gravy, and pancakes when we were there as well as cereal, croissants, and a few other items. Very good price for what is included. Would definitely stay there again! "

"Pillow had blood on it, sheets had pubic hair, and stains on them, some pillows were make shift out of sheets, no clean towels, and me, and my girlfriend GOT BEDS BUGS, my arms, and hands are on fire, now I have to make a doctors appointment, this entire place needs renovations, not worth almost $400 for 1 days, never again "
