"We all had a superb stay here. The Hotel make you feel so at home and greet you with a Tea/Coffee and a slice of cake upon arrival. Parking is right in front of the hotel off the main road and has be reached by going over a cattle rig structure. The in structure is quite simple to get over. "This hotel is as wonderful as they say. Absolutely beautiful. The restaurant is delicious and has the best coffee. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I cannot say enough good. We stayed here for 1 night, pre cruise out of Southampton. It was only a 30 minute taxi ride to port. Romsey is a small (1,000 people) town, the prettiest little English town you'll ever see. "We stayed in the Apartment. It slept 6, but there were 3 of us, so plenty of space. 2 bathrooms . No elevator , but only a couple of flights .
