Clean and big room. I booked a room with no Mount Fuji view but was surprised in the morning when I opened the window and Mt Fuji was there to see and what a view it was. Staff were very helpful and respectful. Onsen was free to use.

About a 20 minute walk from Mt. Fuji station, it's a bit of a walk with luggage. There are buses throughout the area running every 20-30 minutes. It's very much a suburb/rural area. The hotel has a great view of Fuji-san and great value with the onsen facilities in the hotel. Be sure to double check if you booked a smoking room or not.

The resort has a onsen that the whole town visits and it’s a definite must do because it’s refreshing and you have a view of Mt Fuji behind the hotel.10 minutes walking distance to Fuji Q amusement park and a variety of restaurants to choose from and all within walking distance.Top notch staff and very friendly.

Onsen on site is avaibable nearly all day. Did not enter the onsen as they requested we go late at night as our party had tattoos which is understandable and the accommodation to go late at nigjt was appreciated. Staff was helpfull in explaining e erything we needed to know. Hotel is 20min by foot from mt fuji station. Mostly walkable but crosswalks in the area are a bit out of the way

Nice place to stay
It was quite clean and onsen was nice. We could see Mt. Fuji from our window. It was quite near to Fuji-Q Highland. Quite few restaurant were near by and a convenience store was just cross the road also, Daison(100yen shop) was next door. The restaurant in the hotel was very good.

Enjoy onsen. This is traditional Japanese resort onsen. Good dinner and breakfast. Good service. However their local is inconvenient as the train station is not near the hotel. I paid expensive taxi fare from Kawaguchiko to this hotel.

Nice view of Fuji mountain. Just the transportation to get there was quite limited. Otherwise, room was clean and family restaurants and convenient stores were nearby.

Very Good stay but logistics can be an issue.
Excellent customer service, very welcoming. Location a bit of a challenge, no public transport nearby to Kawaguchiko. A 20 minute walk to the train station , or expensive cab. Not many restaurants nearby

The room was small but clean and affordable. The have a public bath on the property. It might be a hot spring bath, but not sure. Overall, very satisfied with my stay here

Value for money. Convenient location and you can get to fuji Q park on foot. Free parking and nice Onsen. Though it's not a new hotel, it's definitely clean. Recommended!

Traditional style room futons on the floor but they are quite comfortable and with only four of us staying there was enough futons to have two each which made it quite comfortable. The Onsen onsite is very nice, clean and easy to understand use even for non-Japanese persons. The view of Mt Fuji from the window in the room is second to none, absolutely perfect location. We woke up and took photos out of our room window and they are as good as any postcard. I will attach one if possible. Convenience store directly opposite hotel was handy and $1 shop next door was also handy.... especially if you need gloves like I did. We had a rental car and there is plenty of parking at the front or back of the hotel. Fuji Q is about 1klm up the road so we walked to that instead of having to drive. Staff did not speak a lot of English but enough to get the job done with checking in, paying, using onsen and checking out. If we come back through I would stay here again. cheers Greg

Facing west to see Mt. Fuji
If you carry a bulky item that you can't carry for walking about 20 minutes, you are advised to call a taxi for delivery. If you can afford the carrying of your luggage, it is easy to reach there by walking in this manner: (1) departing from Mt. Fuji Railway Station, (2) walking facing Mt. Fuji, (3) looking for the main road named Fuji-michi Street, (4) toward the end of this street, locating Yokomachi Bypass which is a highway (be careful when crossing the road!), (5) turning right, walking toward Fujikyu-Highland, and (6) walking about 10-15 minutes and you can see the building of this hotel.

Very helpful staff. 1 duplex outlet next to mirrow was controlled by switch on opposite wall, so some things did not charge overnight. Was a previous light outlet - this switch was next to bed. Staff was very helpful with ice before Mt Fuji climb and train/bus schedule before leaving. Easy walking to restaurants and Fuji-Q Highland roller coaster. Fantastic Vacation!

Great view
It was a little far from the train station, so we took a taxi to and from. Very easy to do as drivers were waiting outside the station and the front desk called a taxi for us. The best part was the view! Our room was facing Mt Fuji and no obstruction besides some clouds in the morning. A lot of restaurants in the surrounding area so we had our pick for dinner and right next to a Daiso so very convenient. The onsen was great. Nice and hot for a cold April evening and morning. Especially love the outdoor one!

Worth staying for at least 2 days
Just a stop over for a single night but wished we stayed for longer. Wanted to go up Fuji but weather stopped us. Close by lots of things to do but ran out of time to do em so next time may book for a longer stay.

Nice room with Fuji view
We can just see Fuji from our room, imagine morning you lay on your bed and look at the Fuji. Staff not really can speak English but they still try their best to explain and answer for us. Around hotel has a lot of nice food. And it’s quite near to go around lake Kawaguchiko and Yamanakako. With the price, defitely recomend. but I Guess the location only good for those driving .

It's ok but not recommending. Bed mattress, pillows and blanket is not good. Having terrible stiff shoulder😥. They must provide more towels. Anyway location is very good and you have the access to the hot spring.

Nice Outdoor Spa with View of Mt Fuji
We came to Mt Fuji with just one thought in mind... to view the mountain every day at different hours. The non-negotiable condition that we had was that the hotel must have a outdoor spa pool, and that it has one with a full view is a plus! And the price itself also make it a hands done deal... And I took photos of Mt Fuji every morning from my room window!!! Especially like the convenience of so many places to eat just a short walk from the hotel. This is a great way to explore the many facets of Japanese cuisine! The only downside is the lack of transport to Mt Fuji station where we used to commute to other places of interest. Dont use Fukyu Highland... the buses and train stations are next to each other in Mt Fuji station, whereas the train station is a good 10-15 minutes walk to the bus station. All in all, tremendous value for the 3 nights we stayed there!
