"We were OK with the property however it is listed as a four-star hotel and it’s definitely not a four-star hotel. It needs serious updating. The headboard was tattered the walls near the baseboard were dirty and it just need an overall update."

"Doubletree Hilton Prado is my go to hotel whenever I’m in Madrid. The rooms are spotless, the amenities are great, and the staff is wonderful.
Location is safe and walking distance to all. It was 100°F when I was a Madrid and the air conditioning is nice and cold.
Bed is comfortable, bathroom spotless."

"We had a wonderful stay at Vincci The Mint Madrid, even though it was only for one night. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the location was excellent for exploring Madrid.
The hotel has a modern and stylish atmosphere, and all the facilities were well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on a future visit to Madrid.
