"The room was great! Large and roomy. It was clean and climate control was easy. The tub and shower were great as well. The room quality was top notch. I loved the Buffett but there should be more options for easy sodas and water for hotel guests like vending machines on the floors. Biggest disappointment on the casino floor was the lack of any cocktail servers! No one and I do mean no one was serving any of the gaming machines, not even the roulette or black jack video machines. It wasn’t until Sunday morning after brunch that one lady was finally serving the machines. Our family dropped like $2k in 24 hours at the casino and had to pay for our drinks the whole time. Worse, you had to leave your game to go stand in line for 15-20 minutes to pay for your own drink. "

"I like the area. I like the river in the mountain behind us. The hotel needs a lot of updating the gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant.He was fine. Pillows were horrible. Makes you wonder what went on there with all the patchwork on the doors. Just alittle creepy. Yes, it was clean, loved the area."

"The rooms are wonderful & the staff was great however, Bring your own breakfast. Frozen, vegan burritos for $12 that you can get from king Soopers for $1.99 or the “Croissant Collection” was actually frozen hockey pucks smaller than the palm of my hand (I am only 5 ft tall) they didn’t even have the frittatas. Sold as a “ “Luxury Resort”, I had a “suite”, asked for the celebration package, someone called me, told me they were to busy but could probably have balloons in the room. No balloons. If you want an actual meal, I would suggest bringing a Colman grill, if possible & your own food. A drink at the bar consists of a child’s size glass of whatever you want & if you would like a normal size drink like you would get at normal a bar, you will have to ask for and pay for a double. Make sure you pay attention to your account for a few days after your stay. $10.98 was debited from my account for Tampax tampons (Not that time of the month for me) which I never asked for or received. I was told they would “Review the cameras & let me know if I get refunded for it”. “Luxury Resort”, not it. Glamping experience, it kind of was. The people that work the place are super sweet and honest. We had a lady that played the accordion sang beautifully. The domes are super clean and a fun area for sleeping. Don’t book off of Expedia though. What should have been a stay for $613.19 ended up costing me $376.08 more. Should have booked through the Nest website. "
