"Hilton staff were very polite, professional and helpful. We had several 200 Euro bills which they were very happy to break into 50’s and 20’s. The currency exchanges at several airports refused to make change for these bills. The staff also helped us with information regarding the ICE trains. The hotel was safe and quiet and centrally located to multiple attractions (Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island, Fernsehturm, Checkpoint Charlie, etc). "The hotel is a little basic in that there is no fridge or kettle in the rooms - it is always nice to have a cup of tea when you wake up of come back from a day's sight seeing. The rooms were warm and the beds comfortable, with plenty of hot water for a shower or bath. The buffet breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. The view from the terrace at breakfast was lovely. "
