Good location, clean, good room

Room was decent size, and had mostly everything we needed. Good breakfast, excellent and friendly service. A good starting point for exploring the city.

Good hotel with great staff

We liked the Klassic. Our room had a funny noise and my husband thought it came from the air vent. We didn’t think we could sleep through it. Hubby talked to the front desk and they switched us to a better room. Very nice rooms and front desk staff was great! We would stay there again.

Had to move hotel need refund now

We have had to find another hotel, due to the fact that, the Arbio hotel room 105 was uninhabitable, due to so much noise, that the room was shaking. So We expect you to refund the Arbio hotel stay immidiately!!! Please write us back asap about this!!!

Room was very quiet, was comfertable and clean. Looked recently decorated and bathroom ceiling wasnt quite finished st edges but had no impact on stay.

The hotel room was very beautiful and functional as well. Great options for mobile devices in the room. All different light switches/options were very nice and handy. Two smalll details: we weren't able to fully close the curtains though :( and the floor wasn't clean under the beds

The picture used in the add looks nothing like the actual hotel rooms. The sink was clogged, wifi kept going off, extremely loud.

The room was clean however the curtains were dirty and did not cover the full window. The area around is very dirty. It is close to the S and U trains. Saturday night very loud music played until 4.30 in the morning. A friend stayed at Melia Berlin for a little more so next time we will stay there.

Basics are ok. Bed, bathroom work. Reason for 2 stars: - 15 - 20 min wait to check in. Had to give details we already gave online - very rude staff - cleaning was bad and only happened when I asked for it - wifi did not work - in the evening I asked if I could borrow a spoon. They helped me kindly. This is the reason I give 2 and not 1 star. Summing up: choose another place if available. If you go anyway lower your expectations.

We chose this hotel as it was convenient for visiting a family member who lives round the corner, otherwise we would have booked elsewhere. The bedding in the room was clean but old and the pillows were really lumpy. Communal areas were not very clean and the lift was out of action for most of our stay. Staff were ok, typical Berlin grumpiness but we're used to that. I wouldnt recommend this hotel and wouldn't stay here again. You get what you pay for I supppse!

AC not working - 3 days for a solution

I took them 3 days to take action about the air conditioner not working. Those days Berlin was at 30-32 degrees celsius (86-90 farenheit). I was frowned upon when asking a room change, they finally did. They don't care about the guest.

Air conditioning was broken. Was advised could not be fixed until Monday and it was Friday, at time of stay. Reception told us that they would give us a fan. Which they did not and we had to follow up. Was later received. But the room was still very hot. Then also realised that the fridge did not work, when we took our drinks out. Good location but, bad amenities.

When we arrived they managed to give us the keys to the wrong room, so we entered someone else room. This is one of those things that should never ever happen. We had to reprogram the keys two times in four days, not a biggie, but annoying. The cleaning staff opened the door at 9am twice, without knocking, so I'm not sure if there was something wrong with the schedule. Told them after the first time, but it happened the day after again. The room was really nice, the hotel is very nicely placed close to the Warschauer Strasse station which is a great hub in to the city, and a lot of nice things in the area.

Da wir zu einem Konzert in der Nähe waren haben wir kurzfristig dieses Hotel gebucht. Aber wir sind positiv Überascht gewesen. Es stellte uns voll zufrieden. Es hat alles gepasst,auch der Preis vom Frühstück ist ok. Das Personal sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit.Wenn wir wieder mal in Berlin sind würden wir das Hotel buchen.

Rummet var jättebra och personalen supertrevlig. Frukosten var inte så bra, men verkade som att de inte brukar ha så mycket frukostgäster så antagligen därför. Men personalen gjorde vad de kunde och överlag var det en helt ok upplevelse.

Es war leider sehr dreckig. Spiegel nicht geputzt, Haare überall im Bett. Brandlöcher in der Decke und auf dem Teppich. Gut war die Küchenzeile.
