"The room was very comfortable and clean. They provided extra towels when requested. Nice cold AC in the room, especially needed when it was almost 90°F in April. The pool needed major cleaning, but the hotel itself was very clean and neat. Every single staff member was cheerful, efficient and friendly. They were so welcoming. Especially appreciated the free shuttle to the BTS concert at Raymond James Stadium. Would definitely come back! "

"The hotel is currently under renovation however it is quite old. The AC makes a rattling sound once it is too high, the elevator is scary kinda old. The Valet parking guys were really nice and efficient. The front desk staff needs some help, not the most diligent. Check out felt like checking out 2 years ago, long, slow and confusing. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They recognized us daily no matter who was on duty and remembered how many people were in our group. They were helpful with directions and suggestions on dining options, calling car services, helping find stores for forgotten items. Above and beyond!"

"The check in staff were so nice. The breakfast wasn't good and I ended up throwing it away. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Very no frills hotel with a great central location. "

"The Element was a great place to stay. We booked the suite with multiple beds for 4 nights, it could sleep up to 5 if you use the sofa pull out bed. This room had a kitchen that included dishes, pots and pans microwave, stove top and refrigerator and freezer. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom with walk-in shower was very spacious. The parking can be confusing because it is an additional cost and it is not on site. They do offer valet parking at an additional cost. The staff was very helpful and super nice. The free breakfast is very limited but we only used it for one morning. There were several restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The pool was clean and more of a lounging pool. I dont think you could get any laps down. Raymond James Stadium was 5 driving minutes up the road if interested. Would stay again."

"We had a great experience. Our room was amazing. Two queen beds a little sit in living area. Me and my daughter went there for the BTS concert. The staff was great. I would definitely stay there again."
