"This is DEFINITELY NOT a four star - the first night of arrival we were late getting in and the first impression was grim. Front desk was nice enough but it was not a feel good feeling overall. Furniture in the guest area was stained- we got to our room and it was dark and honestly gave me an anxiety attack- felt like a chalk outline should have been on the floor. Stains on the furniture, and curtains, walls and carpets. Bathtub had a chunk of tile missing. We tried to do any early check out the...

"The rooms were clean with a gorgeous marble bathroom. Yann was especially great with recommending places to visit, and helped me make a reservation at a busy local restaurant. He was also great just to have a chat with. The location was close to the train station, and not a long walk away from the Promenade. Thank you, and I look forward to staying here again next time I visit Nice."

"Der Aufenthalt im best Western istb sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist ganz wunderbar, sowohl zur Altstadt als auch zum Wasser als auch zum Hinterland. Die Rezeption ist äußerst liebenswürdig und geht auf jeden Wunsch ein. Die Zimmer sind Schallisoliert und bieten einen sehr guten Komfort. Man kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. "Location is perfect, staff were lovely - personally I won’t be staying here again, the walls are so thin you can hear an entire conversation thats happening in the room next to you. I did speak to staff about this but it continued with both groups next to mine. The walls are just too thin and I value my sleep"
