"The room was ok, AC didn’t work that well, cleaning staff stayed slamming doors for hours every single day while they were cleaning rather than just propping them open. Got a surprise charge at the end of my stay and I can’t call the front desk because their number doesn’t work. Will never return."

The biggest disappointment was atm cash machines not working along with many slot machine games not working the 3 days we stayed. Seems like the resort itself is great, casino floor staff needs to step it up. How does Winnstar casino in Oklahoma have cleaner working casino floor than this place is crazy. No complaints other than that, great resort."

"This is one of the newer properties so everything was clean and modern and fresh. Slight complaint is it's close to major roadways, so you'll hear typical road noises of cars driving. Also, they are building a new hotel beside it and there is a lot of construction noise. "
