"No hot water to shower or shave with and the phone did not work to call the front desk. Threw on some clothes to go down and tell the front desk. Was told sorry offered another room but now we were out of time and just had to leave. "

"We have stayed multiple times here, and always have a clean room, bathroom and beds! Air conditioner works perfectly! Sweet staff is always helpful if needed. It’s close to everything we need. "

"I was given a smoking room even though I requested a non smoking one, the room smelt awful, there was a couple of cigarette burns in the sheets, the room just didn’t feel clean, and the “free breakfast”!was coffee, juice and a granola bar. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Stayed at the Marco Hotel recently. The check-in staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The location is also super convenient..especially if you’re heading to the convention center. That said, the room itself was…off. The overall vibe felt a bit funky, and unfortunately the bathroom had a strong urine odor that was hard to ignore. Definitely took away from the stay. Great people and location, but the room cleanliness needs serious improvement."

"By far one of the nicest places I've stayed it's not your traditional big name brand motel, but the establishment the outside patio the breakfast man it was all all in all it was a hundred percent I recommend the mulberry anymore"
