"Overall a great experience. The pod was comfortable with amenities like a mirror, plug sockets and a towel. It was also quiet. I was surprised that I shared a room with a woman considering I booked a male room but neither of us seemed to mind. The free bagels and coffee in the morning was a bonus too. Good location to the subway and Central Park. I would return."

"No hot water - it took literally 20 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower! Glass shelf in the bathroom fell off - I caught it before it hit the floor or toilet. The furniture and carpet were really ratty, but the maids kept the floor and sinks clean. Bathtub was rusty. Now the good stuff - the cleaning staff were great and the elevator was the fastest I’ve ever encountered - never more than a minute wait and we were on the 10th floor. Verdict - we would stay there again, but for the lack of hot water for showers. Let us know when you get that problem fixed."
