"The staff were extremely friendly and more than accommodating. The room was very nice, but it seemed like the thermostat didn’t work. It was 80° in our room every minute that we were there, the window was only opened about 2 inches on each side, so none of the hot air from the hotel hallway could escape. There is no air-conditioning so warning about that. "

The manager Ms. Jessica Marmolejos is also very accommodating. She made sure all the requests were attended to. I made a reservation for my nephew and his wife. Ms. Jessica made sure everything went smoothly. Kudos to her staff as well. Great job guys!
