"Clean room, comfy beds friendly staff. "

"Booked a King bedroom for 2 nights . walked in to double queen without anyone saying anything . Went back down to switch to be told No Kings available . with no solution ... Asked to be switched for next day & they obliged . The reason for staying there & paying extra 50 rather then cheaper option was we wanted to take advantage of the pool . Kids pool party ( st least 15 ) day 1 ,which is fine & happens but day 2 there was an unidentified film that looked like a eroded babies diaper covering the entire pool ... Someone should give me some sort of credit as we didnt get the booked King bed or able to use the pool at all ...Very disappointing wish i took the photo but going to the pool , I left my cell in the room & wasn't going back down ..."

"Bed was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, rooms outdated, not that clean, other gets extremely rowdy had free roam with noise, worst part is they hand out a sheet with all the rules of staying there and all the rules were broken with no oversight"

"We stayed for 1 night as we were driving through, there was plenty of parking available, we arrived at night the area felt safe. The bed was soooo comfortable! We are bed snobs and typically only like Hilton beds, this had a bed with the comfort level of Hilton. We would definitely stay again!"

"Upon checking into the room, we swiped our key card to reveal a filthy room. Beds unmade, dirty towels everywhere, filthy bathroom. When we brought this to the front desk's attention, they laughed it off and seemed completely unfazed. We were able to get a new room which while clean, had a bathtub that would not drain. Would not stay here again. "

"Overall: It’s a beautiful property with a view for miles! Pros: The staff are lovely and very helpful. Each room has a great view over the hills. We had a cozy fire on the lobby and played board games. Cons: it’s a rural property up so the shower water has a bit of a smell. We came in October and I can’t can’t overstate how gorgeous the fall colours are from the property. We had a great stay and would return for sure - but it’s already almost fully booked for next summer. "
