"They could take my deposit out in 2 seconds, but they couldn't give it back the same!! The cleaners they used had a strong odor and the flooring was still wet from cleaning! I glad they cleaned it!! But it should have been done hours earlier!!"

"Terrible experience with this hotel. Booked it last May for a rock festival, drove 4 hours after work to get there at 12am and be told they didn’t have our booking. When asked we were told by the front desk she was new and had no idea but the owner said it was an error in the system which made them not receive my reservation. I booked a year in advance. Would not give a number for customer service through the hotel. "

"Woman behind the counter won’t get up and help you with anything. It’s a ridiculous wait and you will not be attended to unless you ring the bell a million times. No microwaves in the room. No maid service every day. Only good thing is no bed bugs"
