"Property was noisy throughout the entire night with people running up and down the hallways and a lot of slamming doors. I will never stay here again."

"Hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was decent. There are 2 type 2 Tesla chargers and 1 other charger that are free to guests. Ask at the front desk so they can flip the circuit breaker."

"The room was terrible with little windows and yiu couldn’t see out as there was so much moisture in the glass. The parking situation is terrible to have to walk through the alley because need key access but don’t get that until you check in "

"The hotel was very clean, updated, convenient to many places, rooms were nice and spacious. We had an event at the convention center and it was the perfect location and cost half the price as staying right next to the convention center-a 5 minute commute if that. Will definitely use next year!"

"Very good hotel, clean and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is that there was not coffee makers in the rooms. I had to go down to the breakfast section to grab coffee, very disappointing and inconvenient."

"There was no maid service the three days that we stayed at the Plaza. We had to go and ask for fresh washcloths and towels from the front desk clerk. We put the door sign for maid service out on Friday and Saturday but no one came to clean the room. "

"We enjoyed our stay as a family with several young children. Breakfast was really great with a nice mix of hot foods and continental type foods. Parking was easy and the pool was a hit. Also appreciated the hotel has several restaurants and a grocery store within a short driving distance. Reason for 4 stars is the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Seemed like maybe the hotel went through some nicer renovations, but the beds were last on the list. "
