The staff in the lounge were extremely attentive, engaging, and throughout our stay made us feel special. We ordered room service and the food arrived in a timely manner and was very tasty."

"My husband and I stayed here for one night. There are more pros that cons: Pros: - helpful friendly staff - location was great - room was clean - bed was very comfortable - tv worked great (it's always disappointing when you can't stream your own stuff, this worked really easily) Cons: - rooms could use an upgrade, has that “old hotel” smell in the room. - bathroom needs upgrading, our shower was confusing as the controls seemed to be installed backwards for the hot and cold functions. Theres no hand held shower head. - no fan in the bathrooms. All in all we had a good stay."
