The property advertised a pool and a hot tub and a sauna, all of which were not available when we were there. The room smelled moldy which I believe came from shower water in the bathroom running into the carpet in the next room. Other than that the rooms was good. I will say the staff from the front desk to the cleaning people were amazing!

Close to restaurants and a bus ride away to West Edmonton Mall. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good, Rooms were clean. Bed sheets were clean. Bed was comfortable. Overall, we had a great experience staying at Comfort inn and suites. We will stay again on our future trip back to Edmonton.

Staff was amazing and upgraded our room free of charge. Was ready upon arrival at 1pm and was always pleasant to interact with. Room was clean, comfortable and presentable and the jacuzzi tub was a wonderful surprise! Thank you for making our time here wonderful!

Booked this location because it has a pool, but it was closed. The fitness room was one of the smallest and least equipped I've ever seen at a hotel. Pretty sure the plastic cups in the room were reused, the wrapping was torn. The building had a strange smell - not in a good way. The breakfast was good, but the coffee was terrible.

Good, central location, VERY basic but clean and quiet. Breakfast was provided and decent. "Fitness centre" was sub-par. Room was clean, bed was good and room had a fridge and microwave, clean and decent bathroom (water pressure sucked though). However, my room looked into the weird, blue indoor pool area. I normally have my curtains open for natural light but I kept them tightly closed as I found the inner courtyard eerie and ugly. Overall, not bad for a short work stay.
