"The staff and the breakfast were amazing however the rooms have no shampoo (body wash is not going to do it for me), no lotion, no tissues and no phone. No phone makes it extremely difficult for overseas visitors to contact reception. Even the charming lady on reception who confirmed that these amenities were not offered in the hotel states that they were a budget hotel ‘but maybe not - we are quite expensive’. "

"Lovely property with good parking. Nice outside spaces. Check in was a breeze with friendly owners on the front desk to show me around the place and to my room. Breakfast (as others have said) was fab with really nice quality food and really tasty coffee but the hot food is cooked to order so don't expect to walk in and just eat! "We booked this hotel to be near Emma Bridgewater and had never stayed in a Hilton Garden Inn before. We were delighted with the room - larger and much lighter than Premier Inn rooms, larger bathroom, good quality toiletries and very friendly staff.
