The town and main road can be overwhelmingly loud and busy at times, so it was great to have a little oasis of calm just outside the main centre. The room was comfortable and well appointed and all three breakfast options were tasty. "

"This hotel was fantastic. Super clean. The staff was very helpful, especially the staff at the front desk. Speaking very broken Spanish was not a problem as almost everyone can communicate in English. The breakfasts were very tasty and were included - we chose from a menu of about 6 main items. The property is roughly a 10 minute walk from the main street/beach. If we return to this part of Costa Rica, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"I just loved this place! The property grounds are gorgeous and the villas are perfect! Anytime I can see wildlife right at a property… I am in the right place. And the staff I met (Olivia & Eric) could not have been more helpful. It is just south of Puerto Viejo so peaceful and quiet. Several dining options in walking distance too if you do not hav a car. Breakfast there was a nice option too (and tasty). Be sure to try the daily juice offering too. "
