"Walkable to many tourist spots with a cafe 1 meter from the front door. The dome ceiling in one of the bedrooms was reminiscent of Ancient Rome, unfortunately so was the door going into it (under 6-foot clearance and I’m over 6’ tall!) 😂 This is an apartment with no staff on-hand, but they are immediately available via WhatsApp. Only inconvenience was storing luggage 20 minutes away without a courtesy vehicle to bring it. "

"There are 4 rooms only. All on the ground level. That kept everything close and convenient. Walking distance to everything! Safe area. Many small eateries nearby. Tiber River across the street. Good A/C! Clean private bathroom. Wonderful host!!! I would book it again."

"The property was in a secure classic building conveniently located to all the restaurants. In addition to your room there is a common area kitchenette with espresso maker you can access anytime. We enjoyed starting our morning with a very good breakfast made to order on the rooftop. I believe all rooms have an unusual shower placement in the bedroom that is an open glass cube allowing no privacy, this could be awkward or not depending on your travel partner."

The only two things I'd suggest improving: first, update the signage with directions on how to turn the AC on and off, as the button is very small and located at the top, which some guests may struggle to find. Second, consider upgrading the pillow selection. The two memory foam pillows are fine for some, but having at least one large, traditional comfort pillow would make a big difference for guests who prefer something softer and more voluminous. The location was perfect to explore Rome by walking, and the AC and amenities (kitchen, coffee machine, biscuits and croissants) were a great bonus.
