"Good breakfast"

"Staying in the same place for the last couple of years total maybe 10 times, last 3 times I’ve stayed in, cleaning has definitely massively dropped. You find hairs in the shower, dirty table tops with coffee stains etc, someone’s used contact lenses, plates, mugs everything sticky and dirty. I’ve tried returning so many times now but I might just be looking into new hotel around Belfast"

"Spacious, clean rooms. Poorly equipped regarding lighting and mirrors for hair and make up but otherwise very comfortable. Poorly replenished breakfasts but tasty food when available"

"Decor was fab in the main reception and sitting areas. Breakfast was not exciting and not an extensive choice. Staff were nice enough. Room had one single and one double which was not ideal for 2 having to argue over the big bed! Couldn’t see the plug near to kettle so had to move it elsewhere where there was little room. No water or treats in room. Shower was good and shower gel nice enough. Would stay again but not worth the hiked price. Good location."

"During my stay I interacted with at least 7 or 8 staff members, in all honesty only 2 of them did make us feel welcome and smiled. The others just looked like they didn’t want to be there and were extremely unfriendly, The hotel is situated in a decent place but really needs some TLC.
